About Us
Falls Memorial is a charitable, not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital located in International Falls, Minnesota. Its mission is to promote and provide the region with healthcare and wellness services that exceed expectations. FMH is a 25-bed facility governed by an 11-member board of trustees comprised of members of the community and FMH medical staff. FMH provides inpatient, outpatient, emergency, rehabilitation and surgical services
